Pigeon racing was featured in the Summer Olympic Games unofficial programme for 1900. No results have been found from the 7 pigeon events contested. Hilariously and rather morbidly the pigeon racing was held alongside pigeon shooting. Tiny medals were made for the winning pigeons and can fetch thousands on eBay*.
