LS Reporters seated in small hall taking notes. MS Be-medalled Russian Colonel Aisin, Chief of the Political Department, speaks of the splendid road the division has covered while fighting at the front lines during the 2nd World War.

MS The soldiers lined up. MS Individual soldiers step forward and kiss the corner of the Colours. (2 shots). Various shots as the soldiers march past and after they have been dismissed, carrying flowers given them by local children and boarding a train. LS Troop train pulls out of station, with people waving on crowded platform.
