Background: Self-styled President Moise Tshombe of the breakaway province of Katanga, was interviewed by a VISNEWS cameraman, Aug 3, in his capital Elizabethville. Three questions were put to the President:

His trip did not affect the plan for the UNO forces to enter Katanga on Aug 6, a United Nations spokesman said.
