    Background: The Anti-Rocky demonstrators, shouting insults, burned an effigy of Governor Rockefeller in his own "Back-yard, The Rockefeller Plaza, Manhattan, New York City. The demonstrators, shouting slogans and clenching their fists marched as far as H.B.R. building, where the Police put up barriers and penned them in. After an hour of chanting and sitting they dispersed without incident.
