Background: The British Prime Minister Mr. Harold Wilson left Lagos today 31st. March 1969 for Ethiopia capital of Addis ababa after his last round talks on Monday 30th. with Nigeria head of State Major-General Yakubu Gowon and members of the Federal Executive Council. Mr. Harold Wilson who arrived in Nigeria on thursday 28th of March will meet his highness Emperor Haile Sclassi on his arrival in Ethiopia for talks on the Nigeria situation. It is also hoped that the Prime Minister will have a talk with Col. Ojukwo leader of the breakway Biafra who is expected to fly into Addis Ababa anytime from now.
