Background: Onassis is seriously ill and is at his Glyfada (an Athens suburb) residence. His wife, Mrs Jackie Onassis, his daughter Christina and his sister Mr. Garoufalides, are staying by him. Onassis is suffering from an acute pneumonia and his condition was quite dangerous last night. A Boeing plane is ready to take him to the states should his situation is worsening and should his doctors allow him to fly. A specialist cardiologist (heart specialist) Dr. Isidor Rosenfield arrived from the States to examine him and probably will accompany him if decided to take him to the States for treatment.
