Pointing to the tasks of the Jouth the President said that the Jouth should continue the rich tradition of the Jouth voluntary working actions. He also gave a hint that, after having finished the main motor highway running from the north to the south frontier of the country, the youth might be entrusted with building of a modern high way along the Adriatic coast and across Montenegro.
