Background: The Bulgarian Prime Minster, Stanko Todorouf arrived in Baghdad on Tuesday (7/12) on a five day official visit to Iraq at the invitation of Mr. Saddam Hussein Vice Chairman of the RCC.
An Official Welcoming ceremony was accorded to the Bulgarian Prime Minister led by Mr. Saddam Hussein, members of the RCC, Ministers, the Chief of Staff, along with heads of diplomatic missions and other senior officials. During the visit Mr. Todorouf will hold talks on bilateral relations and means of developing them. The delegation accompanying Mr. Todorouf includes the minister of the mineral resources Minister of agriculture and food industry, under secretary of the foreign Minister, undersecretary of the foreign trade. The delegation will also include several other experts, specialists and officials.
