Among the 36 officers and men accused for premeditated manslaughter, bodily injuries and material damages, are former Dictator George Papadopoulos and Brigadier Demetrius Ioannides, once the strongest man in Greece. Public prosecutor has asked the death penalty or life imprisonment for Demetrius Iaonnides, Brig.Nicolas Dertlis, Brig.Varnavas, Brig.Roufogalis, Limberis, pimbas, Kalyvas and Stavrakis, while ??? 10 others he asked 20 years imprisonment (including George Papadopoulos). He also has asked the release of 13 officers and men as found not guilty.
