Japanese police says the ambassador and his wife is found in a coma after police received an emergency call and rushed in a police ambulance to the Turkish Embassy.
It is believed that they took an overdose of sleeping pills but the embassy declined to disclose any details of their sudden death.
Ambassador Anderiman came to Japan in April 1957. He was ambassador to Norway before coming to Japan. He married with Mrs. Anderiman 20 years ago. They left behind a 19-year-old son who is a student in Turkey.
