Background: A 23-year-old cyclist from South India created a sensation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaya, Jan. 22, as he began a 72-hour non-stop cycling exhibition.

This stunt cyclist has already set up a 103-hour record in India and Ceylon, and has visited Rome.

His cycle has no seat. He rides it backwards sitting on the handlebar. And he eats, bathes and even changes clothes while riding.

Mr. Valampuri, the Cyclist, will tour other South East Asian countries after his tour of Malaya and Singapore.
