The series of military training courses for Palestinians is continuing in Syria. Organised by a group called Palestinian Resistance, the four-week courses train Palestinians in batches, ranging in number between 100 and 500. They are recruited from several countries. After graduation, many are sent to fight for the All-Arab Deterrent Force (ADF) against Falangist Christian militia, and Israelis, in southern Lebanon. The flow of Palestinian trainees includes of the Fatah Commando organisation, whose members, dedicated to fighting to achieve a Palestinian homeland, can be sent to carry out operations in Israel, of in the occupied West Bank. Their training includes learning to use the variety of weapons and equipment they'll be expected to use -- firearms, bazookas, land mines and explosives.
