Background: Students - shouting "To the wall", "Cuba, Si; Yankee, No" and "Death to the Traitors" - marched through the streets of Havana, Cuba, Dec 14. Their destination was the Confederation of Cuban Workers' Palace.
Carrying large Cuban flags, their march was in support of a Confederation of Cuban Workers' move to brand a group of electrical workers as "traitors". They also supported the expulsion of Secretary-General Fraginal, chief of the electrical workers, for "failing to follow the party line".
