Background: Although seven points behind in the final six minutes of the International Rugby Union Championship match in London today (Saturday), Scotland rallied magnificently to defeat England 16-15 only one minute from time. It was Scotland's first win at the Twickenham Ground in 33 years - and their only win in this season's Championship campaign. The winning try was made by Chris Rea - and converted by Peter Brown - giving Scotland the Calcutta Cup, traditionally disputed between England and Scotland.
It was an exciting match, with spectacular scores by players on both sides.
Hero of Scotland's great win was their Captain, Forward Peter Brown, who after scoring one try and converting another, provided the pass from which Rea scored the final try - then converted to win the match. Duncan Paterson - who seemed to be everywhere at once - scored a try and dropped a goal.
England's main scorer was Bob Hiller - making 12 of his team's 15 points with two tries and two penalty goals.
