SYNOPSIS: Again showing herself to be the darling of the crowds was Olga Korbut, performing on the asymmetric bars. Miss Korbut, who is now 21, has had her talent recognized in the Soviet Union by being appointed a Grand Master of the USSR.

Ludmilla Tourischeva is one of the greatest gymnasts to come from the Soviet Union. She has won several world championships and Olympic medals, but recently announced her retirement from competitive gymnastics.
This is expected to be her last appearance in the United Kingdom as an active gymnast.
