FAHOUM:"The discussions of yesterday of course, all of them were centred around the single treaty which was signed by Sadat and Begin, lately. This treaty is called a peace treaty. In our opinion it is not a peace treaty, because first of all, it is a single treaty and everyone now recognises and knows very well that peace must be universal, that peace cannot be just, unless a just solution for the Palestinian problem is discussed In the single peace treaty there was nothing of the sort. It was not universal and it didn't discuss the Palestinian question as it ought to be discussed. Therefore the Central Council took notice of all the resolutions passed in the last meeting of the Arab Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Economics in Baghdad lately, and, we considered these resolution to be good and that, our task, our immediate task now is that PLO is to make immediate contacts with all the Arab countries and with all our friends all over the world, ...in the Islamic countries, in the non-aligned countries, in the socialist countries in Europe, to implement these resolutions as soon as possible against Sadat's policy, against Sadat's attitude towards the Palestinian question, for the sake of isolating Sadat. When I speak about Sadat, I don't mean Egyptian people because considered the Egyptian to be our brothers, to be good patriotic Arabs, but Sadat is leading a policy that doesn't represent the opinion of the Arabs or the Egyptians."
