    HE AND HIS ENGLISH CO-DRIVER, HENRY LIDDON, HAD 30 POINTS TO SPARE IN THE GENERAL CLASSIFICATION OVER THE RUNNERS-UP, BO LJUNGFELDT AND FERGUS SAGER, OF SWEDEN, IN A FORD FALCON.

    ERIK CARLSSON, WINNER OF THE 1962 AND '63 RALLIES, WHO DROVE A SAAB FROM OSLO, FINISHED THIRD, SEVEN POINTS BEHIND HIS SWEDISH RIVALS.

    CARLSSON'S BRITISH WIFE, PAT MOSS, WON THE LADIES' CUP FOR THE FOURTH TIME...AND FINISHED FIFTH IN THE GENERAL CLASSIFICATION, THE HIGHEST PLACING EVER ACHIEVED BY A WOMAN DRIVER.
