Background: On occasion of the Feast of St. Hubert, Patron of the Hunters, the yearly ceremony in honor of St. Hubert took place in the woods around the very picturesque Chapell of Tervueren. This Chapell is named after St. Hubert. Preceded by the clergy and by the statue of St. Hubert, the hunters on horseback went in procession to the place just outside the Chapell where an altar is erected for the open-air service. The hunting-horn players, in red uniforms, are playing during the entire service. After the service, the priest blesses the hunting crews and at the same time he blesses the bread which will be distributed to the people who attended to the service.
