I am however by blood half american on my mother's side I have a right to enjoy the early memories of Colonial Williamsburg as much as anyone here.
The words you have inscribed upon it are inspiring its silver tone is gentle and I shall ring it. I assure you when there is duty to be done. He sits down amidst applause.
