Background: A fight broke out in the New York office of record producer Allan Klain--former manager of the Beatles pop group company--on Thursday (2 March) when a youth accused him of stealing the proceeds of a charity record. The youth was one of a group who had gone there to investigate allegations in the "New Yorker" magazine article which accused Klein of personally profiting from the record "Bangladesh Album", produced in aid of Bangladesh refugees. When the youth made the theft accusation, a fight developed between him and one of Klein's aides.
The film shows the incident, including a rowdy argument which preceded the fight. There is good natural sound on film.
