    Background: A crowd of 300 volunteers of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh staged a demonstration, waving black flags and shouting Graham go back - Kashmir is India' as the United Nations representative Dr. Frank Graham, landed at Santa Cruz airport on his way to Delhi.

    A strong police cordon was thrown around the inland hangar as Dr. Graham retired to the VIP room and spent an hour before resuming his flight. Approached by the Press, Dr. Graham said he came to India under the Security Council Resolution of December 2, 1957. His aim was to seek a peaceful settlement on the question of whether Kashmir should stay as part of India or join Pakistan.
