Background: The many Uganda Asians separated from their families and who are holding British nationality have started creating trouble in all parts of the world inorder to get into U.K. somehow. It was only in June 24th that 107 Uganda Asians who boarded a Pan AM Jumbo from Bangkok for Delhi, never got off it till the police was called to the scene. Their fight was that they should be taken to London and this fight caused 18 hour delay New York bound Panama flight from New Delhi. Police took them away and they were immediately remanded to police custody till June 26th for causing criminal trespass and delaying the aircraft. Today the 107 Uganda Asian which also included number of ladies were again brought to court and were further remanded till July 10th, Asians have called in their consul from London ??? and have also asked the authorities to intimate Red Cross about the treatment being meted out to them. The Asians boldly refused the charge which has been made to them, in the court. Another fourteen Asians now sitting in the transit lounge of Palam airport in Delhi since 55 days have also been issued an ultimatum by the police to get out or they will have ??? fate like 107 Asians now in police custody.
