Well known people are members or members of honour, for instance Wernher von Braun, Prof. Dornberger. President of honour is the former General, engineer Zanssen, former leader of the war-rocket center Peenemunde. As the question of new blood is very difficult one in Germany (there is not the slightest help by the state) the youth work is most important.
