The delegation, headed by Foreign Minister Fili Fily Cissoko, also includes Economics and Finance Minister Ismael Toure and Planning Minister Alioun Drame. They are in Kinshasa to discuss matters of economy and trade between Zaire and Guinea, as part of a plan of cooperation announced by President Mobutu and President Sekou Toure of Guinea, following the Zaire Head of state's recent (June) official visit to Conakry. Concurrently, a delegation from Zaire is also in Conakry, where they attended the ceremonies marking the opening of a new air service between their two capitals.
