Background: Rolls Royce -- against in prestige engineering for many decades. Today, it is a crippled giant -- forced to the wall by inflation and fierce commercial competition. But its engines are still in world-wide use, and whatever happens to the present company the Rolls-Royce name will live for a long time. On Thursday, (February 4) we serviced a story on its financial troubles -- Production number 1370/71. Today's film, compiled from our library, shows some of the uses to which Rolls-Royce engines have been put in the past decade.
