The entire Belgian royal family was present, and the young prince's godparents are his grandmother, Princess Ruffo di Calabria, and his grandfather, ex-King Leopold of the Belgians. Conducting the ceremony was Mgr. Suenens, Auxiliary Bishop of Malines, who was representing Cardinal Van Roey.
Prince Albert, 25, married Italian-born Princess Paola, 23, last July. Since February this year three royal princess have been born - the other two in Japan and Britain.
