    Background: President Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire joined Israeli War Minister Ahmed Ismail -- recent promoted from General to Field Marshal for his part in the October war with lsrael last year -- to inspect an evacuated Israeli bunker on the Suez West Bank on the last day of the Israeli withdrawal from the area. The fifth and final stage of the Israeli withdrawal, under the United Nations-supervised disengagement agreement between Egypt and Israel, will clear Israeli forces from the East Bank by March 5.

    The Zairian leader was in Egypt on a week-long official visit.
