    THE PROSECUTION READ OUT A NEW LIST OF ACCUSATIONS, SAYING THAT BETWEEN JUNE 1962 AND AUGUST 1967 THE ACCUSED EXPLOITED HIS POSITION FOR PERSONAL GAIN, DEFAMING THE ENTIRE SERVICE.

    AT NASR'S REQUEST, LATER PROCEEDINGS OF THE REVOLUTION TRIBUNAL WERE HELD IN SECRET.

    HE IS ONE OF 54 PEOPLE CHARGED WITH PLOTTING AGAINST PRESIDENT NASSER AND ATTEMPTING TO OVERTHROW THE GOVERNMENT BY FORCE LAST AUGUST IN THE WAKE OF THE MIDDLE EAST WAR.
