Background: Veteran actor James Stewart has just completed his 75th motion picture and attended its world premiere in such an unlikely place as Wheeling, West Virginia. The film, "Fool's Parade", is set in a small town such as Wheeling in the 1930's. Usually world premiere's are held in big movie houses in capital cities....but the makers decided the let the people of Wheeling have the first look at Stewart's diamond Jubilee movie. During the making of the film the town was given a 1930 facelift and caused some disruption to the routine life of Wheeling.
