    Background: Telecommunications Ministers from six African nations have been meeting in Bangui, Central African Republic to plan future development in their particular field. Ministers from Burundi, Cameroun, the People's Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Zaire and the host nation, began their discussions on August 25 and finished on August 28.
    The main topics under discussion were: an examination of present conditions under which their countries worked, future finances and the approaches they will make to the African Development Bank, present and future training methods, and future meetings.
    Equatorial Guinea, Rwanda and Nigeria were to have sent delegates, but they were unable to attend. A report on the meeting will be sent to them.
