Background: Mr. Joseph Koffi, General Secretary of the General Union of Ivory Coast Workers, took delivery on Saturday at the Union's Trechville headquarters of a mobile clinic, which will be able to get medical treatment quickly to injured people at their place of work.

The clinic is a gift, the third of its kind to go the African countries from the U.S. financed Afro-American Labour Centre. The Centre's Executive-Director Mr. Irving Brown handed over the vehicle, and also present was the U.S. ambassador to the Ivory Coast, Mr. John Root.
