Background: Uganda will never play football with Kenya again while Mr. William Ngaah is chairman of the Kenyan Football Association.

Ugandan Football Chairman Mr. Kezellia Musisi made the declaration on Thursday (December 13), after a row about which country had won Kenya' Triangular Jamhari football tournament held as part of the tenth independence anniversary celebrations.

Kenya beat Zambia 3-1 in the last of the tournament's three games, to put them level on points with Uganda. Kenya was proclaimed the winner after scoring five goals in the tournament against Uganda's four, but Uganda claimed it had been agreed to award victory on goal average in the event of a points tie - and they had a slightly better goal average.

In the ga??? Zambia scored first but Kenya inside-left William Ouma equalised bet??? half time.

Kenya, playing the more direct football, broke clear of the Zambian defence with increasing ease in the second half. Ouma completed a hat-trick by shooting into goal after cheating down a corner and breaking through the Zambian defence to slip the third past Kawape, the Zambian goalkeeper.
