NIGERIAN DELEGATE LESLIE HARRIMAN: "Having considered the report of the Special Committee against Apartheid 8/31/22, "One: strongly condemns the establishment of Bantustans as designed to consolidate the in human policies of apartheid, to destroy the territorial integrity of the country and to perpetuates white minority domination and to dispossess the African people of South Africa of their inalienable rights.
"Rejects...two: rejects the declaration of independence of the Transkei and declares it invalid."
