SYNOPSIS: Top-level trade talks between kuwait and India began in New Delhi on Saturday, with the arrival of Kuwaiti Minister for Commerce and Industry, Mr Khalid Suleman al Adsani. He was accompanied by a delegation of officials, and almost immediately met with the Indian Minister responsible for Foreign Trade, Mr Lalit Mishra, and a team of Indian officials. Their talks were conducted at the Indian Ministry for Foreign Trade.
The two Ministers were expected to meet again for more talks during the coming week. Reports also they may sign a trade agreement between their two nations.
