TRANSCRIPT: STEENHOVEN: "The invitation was extended by me during our recent visit to the People's Republic of China. It was accepted just before our departure with the understanding that I would have the privilege of making the announcement at an appropriate time on my return home. I've been assured that the issuance of visas for the members of the visiting group will be expedited by the Government. The exact time and other details of the visit have not yet been determined. They will be based to a considerable extent on the wishes and preferences of our guests."
