Background: Visnews filmed Dec 13 the arrival at Rome Airport of a gift from American farmers of a bull and ten Aberdeen Angus prize cows to swell the herds of the new Pope's model farm at Castel Gandolfo.

The cattle are of a special strain for excellent meat. The plane that brought them to Rome was specially chartered from Iowa. The unloading took a little time but once the cows and the bull found their feet again on stable ground they went off happily.
