    Background: Finance Ministers of India, Bangla Desh and Sri Lanka are meeting in New Delhi to prepare a common approach for the forthcoming meeting of the Group of 20 in Paris. Amongst the serious problems facing the countries of the region are the absence of long term oil credit facility. The Ministers had informal discussions among themselves before taking to the Conference table with their officials. The talks are expected to last another two days before the visiting Ministers return to their homes for journey again to Paris.
