Background: Mrs. Vivian Pennington has a kind and thoughtful spouse, as a good husband should he sends here small presents while he is away, working in the jungle. The latest gift from the jungle is a frisky Leopard cub, complete with chain.

So far Mrs. Pennington hasn't ventured to walk through town with her 'guardian', she is content to let it play with her children, in the garden. This young beast's future is undecided at present. It may be sent to the local zoo when the Pennington house becomes to small to contain a fully grown, prowling leopard, until such time as it shows signs of eating the children or all Mrs. Pennington's housekeeping allowances, it will continue to romp in the garden.
