Background: Edward Bennett Williams, Bobby' Baker's lawyer demanding that TV cameras and lights be removed from the hearing room. Silent man beside him is Mr. Baker himself.
Then questioning of Matthew McClosky on question of whether he overpaid bill for insurance premiums on a construction bond on the District of Columbia Stadium which he was building. The overpayment is alleged to have been kicked back to the Democratic party coffers by Bobby Baker. Also involved (not in film) is Don Reynolds, and insurance man who sold the bond in the first place. Reynolds is alleged to have over charged (at Baker's investigation) for the insurance.
McClosky admitted overpayment, but said it was a "goof" and he didn't know what happened top the overpayment.
