"The question of the evacuation of Arab territory occupied by Israel strengthens the solidarity of the independent African states, and their political unity, which is above all the main objective of the Organisation of African Unity.
"The labours of the Council of Ministers are finishing with the adoption of a declaration to be presented to heads of state and governmental it will be a new charter for Africa against colonialism and imperialism, but also against Israeli occupation of territory -- an intolerable situation which will be examined by the Security Council very seen, looking for a just ad listing settlement of the general Middle East problem.
"We hope also that the Week of Solidarity with the OAU will allow each of us to contribute both materially and financially to the destruction of the forces of domination and exploitation, in order to strengthen peace, for all -- indivisible and equal."
