Background: The Penal Section of the Supreme Court of Athens adjourned last Saturday for this evening the hearing on he affair of the 34-year German lawyer-terrorist Rofl Pohle at the demand of his defense councillors. And this in order to stud new elements which were produced in Court. The Supreme Court will decide on an application submitted by the Federal German Republic authorities for the extradition of Pohle so that he my serve the remaining of his prison sentence in Germany. Urban Guerrilla Pohle has been sentenced by a Munich Court to six years and five months for membership of a criminal organization, possession of weapons, fraud and forgery of documents.
