TRANSCRIPT: SEQ. 3: MR. CHOWDHRY: "In February, the impetuous Zulfikar Ali Bhutto bared his chest when he announced that he was not interested in a civilian government which did not include him in a position of disproportionate importance. The redoubted paper tiger is now miaowing for mercy. Dacca is free. Bangladesh is free. The people of Bangladesh are free. But our rejoicings of today are marred by the thought that our beloved leader, the father of our nation, the president of our state, is not amongst us. Meanwhile, let us have the courage, the ability and the serenity to carry on his banner. Pakistan must Vacate this aggression against India. Then there will be final celebrations, then there will be final rejoicing. Long Live (INDISTINCT) Indira Gandhi. Long Live (INDISTINCT) Mujibar Rahman.
