Background: Amidst news of sizeable buildup along India Pakistan border, news has come of large scale requisitioning of civilian buses & cargo trucks by army authorities. The trucks are requisitioned to move men and supplies to the border. These trucks seen in Delhi and at the border of Delhi of Delhi and India's state of U.P. are meant to move cargo. Delhi being a large centre of trade distribution, bulk requisition has taken place in Delhi area where owners kept their vehicles parked with either having received requisition order or waiting for them. There was unusual rush at the border, with no sign of any tricks missing. Here business was as usual. Indian Govt. has in the meantime publicly stated that India is prepared to meet any situation that may develop. Requisition of civilian buses & trucks could be one such preparation.
