Background: In November 1rst, the Chairman of the Presidium of the People's Assembly of the People's Republic of Albania, Haxhi Lleshi received int he seat of the Presidium of the People's Assembly the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the People's Republic of Albania Philip R.A. de Liedekerke, who presented the credentials.

Present at this ceremony were the Minister of Foreign Affairs Nesti Nase, the Secretary of the Presidium of the People's Assembly Telo Mezini, the Director of the First Directorate of the Foreign Minister Siri Charchani nd the Chairman of the Protocol, Department of the Foreign Ministry, Kostaq Chifligu.

After the presenting of credentials, Haxhi and Philip R.A. de Liedekerke had a friendly talk. Present were Nesti Nase and Telo Mezini.
