Background: Three princes from Qatar featured in passing out parades in the United Kingdom on Friday (4 February).

Among cadets commissioned at the Mons Officer Cadet School at Aldershot were Prince Ahmed bin Jassim bin Fahed Al-Thani, and Prince Ahmed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Thani.

Both are young relatives of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Ahmed bin Ali Al-Thani.

And at the Metropolitan Police Training School at Hendon, Prince Hamad bin Ali, received his diploma during a passing out parade.

The Prince is a younger brother of the Emir.
