Background: Two VIPS.....Very Important Pandas.....arrived at London Airport on Saturday (September 14) after a luxurious flight from Peking in their own specially-equipped aircraft. The Pandas - Chia Chia (Excellent) and Ching Ching (Crystal Bright) - were presented to Conservative Opposition Leader Edward Heath his visit to the People's Republic of China earlier this year.

The VIP treatment continued at the airport - where press and television ???men greeted them like Hollywood stars. And, at London Zoo - where they ??? expected to become the most pampered and popular residents - their first ??? public view was auspicious of times to come.
