Recognised as the oldest event on the international skiing calendar, this year's Kandahar, the 24th., gave a preview of the world's talent to compete in next year's Olympic Winter Games, Squaw Valley, California.
After the Olympics and World Championships the Kandahar is the most important men's ski race.
