Background: British Foreign Secretary James Callaghan today (Tuesday) left rome for ???inshasa where he is scheduled to hold talks with Zaire's President Mooutn Sese Seko about the fate of British lecturer Dennish Hills presently imprisoned in Kampala.
Mr Callghan, who flew out of Rome in ??? flight, refused to speak to reporters at the airport and British officials were unable to confirm that the Foreign Secretary would be going on to Kampala after his visit to Kinshasa ??? hold talks with Ugandan President Idi Amin.
