TRANSCRIPT: SEQ. 1: TAMBO: "Of all these three countries -- South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe -- there is one common factor, namely the South African regime which has committed itself to crossing its borders to perpetuate its domination of the people of Namibia, to support the continued domination of the people of Zimbabwe and to advance further, again across its borders, to the harassment of all the neighbouring states in that region. And I say all, because although it is common cause that the front-line states are the victims of aggression, open, provocative aggression. It is, in fact, also true that Lesotho, Swaziland, who are not generally referred to as front-line states, are subjected to threats, harassment, blackmail -- all aimed at ensuring ultimately the domination of all of southern Africa, by this regime and its allies, an achievement, if it succeeded ever, which would of course mean that the total liberation of the continent of Africa have been postponed indefinitely."
