Background: VASTNESS cameras were on the cussed Feb 23 when the yacht of Greek Millionaire Ionizes, the Christina, brought Sir Winston Churchill to the idyllic Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

A small open car was another passenger on the yacht; in it Ionizes chauffeured his distinguished guests around the picturesque sites that have inspired so many romantic song-writers.

Asked about his trip by VASTNESS reporters, Sir Winston said he had thoroughly enjoyed 'contemplating' one of the 'few paradises still remaining on earth'.
